Jemez Safari
This adventure begins at Bandelier National Monument. Explore among
the Anasazi Indian ruins and cave rooms gouged from the cliff walls.
From there we ascend to 9,000 feet to the center of the Jemez volcano
and view the Valle Grande, a deep crater created from past eruptions.
From the Jemez summit, we will journey through highland forests
and meadows where herds of elk and deer thrive. You'll enjoy a healthy
lunch while you peer down into a pine-filled canyon dotted with
ghost towns. Fantastic views of the Rio Grande Rift abound as we
descend to the valley floor.

Taos Safari
This full-day journey begins along the "low road" to Taos. Following
the Rio Grande north, pass through Native-American Pueblos. Stop
to view ancient Indian rock art along the way. In Taos, visit the
Gorge Bridge, the Taos Pueblo, and the historic Taos Plaza. Capture
the true essence of Spanish Northern New Mexican villages on the
way back to Santa Fe along the picturesque "high road." Finally,
stop at the Santuario de Chimayo, where thousands have sought miracles
for more than 150 years.

Outback-Wildlife Safari

Birds of Bosque del Apache

Your guide, an experienced wildlife biologist and ornithologist,

site for birds which lies along the Rio Grande River. You will marvel
at skies filled with thousands of Snow Geese and Sandhill Cranes,
not to mention a diversity of hawks and eagles including Bald Eagles
and the occasional Peregrine Falcon. And, with some luck, you may
even see the endangered Whooping Crane. Not only have over 300 species
