This extraordinary form of Aquatic bodywork is based on stretching
techniques and Shiatsu. The therapist provides continuous support
to the body, which floats in 96-degree water. The warmth of the water
and the freedom from gravity allow flexibility of the spine that is
rarely achieved through traditional massage methods. For your comfort,
please wear a swimming suit for this session.

Shiatsu

Balancing the energy flow through the meridians of the body is the
goal of this Japanese form of bodywork. Using finger pressure in combination
with stretches, it opens the meridians to create a sense of balance
and peace.
Reflexology
with a Stone

Reflexology is based on the theory that the feet are reflections of
the entire body and through massaging and working points in the feet
the entire body benefits. We've added a twist to this traditional
treatment. We begin with a soaking hot footbath in sudsy aromatic
water, then we massage and work your feet using one of our hot, smooth
river rocks.
